Before you begin, please review the rules for each department you plan to enter your exhibit(s). You can access an electronic copy of the Fair Book at CoconinoCountyFair.com/Entries. The Fair Book contains all the dates, deadlines, lots, categories and many other tidbits you will want to know if you are looking to enter into the County Fair.

Fill out each required field slowly and accurately. Double check your typing before moving on. The information you enter is what will be printed on the entry tags that go on your exhibit(s) during the fair. So that we may contact you, be sure things like your name, address, phone number, and email address are entered correctly. When entering your date of birth, required due to age restrictions in certain departments or divisions, use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Please Note:

If a monetary award is distributed, participant acknowledges that any monetary award expires 90 days from date of issuance. A participant who fails to cash the award check forfeits the monetary award.

Please ensure your mailing address is current and up-to-date in the event that a monetary award is mailed to you!

Additionally, refunds will not be provided for fees associated with Open Livestock entries.
